YES, you will need to provide all the required products for your home to be cleaned. But unfortunately if you DO NOT have all the required products, you will need to inform us while making your booking that you don't have all the relevant products needed. For a small charge we will provide all the required products to clean your home or property.
It is always advisable on first contact with our cleaner for the client to meet them in person but that's not always the case, you can leave the keys at a neighbours house or a save place for our cleaner to find and leave the key safely for you. With that possibility please inform us at the earliest opportunity.

Our cleaners are professional, reliable and have had DBS checks and carry Identity badge to be identified with.
There are 2 ways to book a cleaner with J.B.T Clean marks services, you can book online or over the telephone, it is preferable that the payments be made online*, we only accept cash payments for additional hours to the times booked

As a customer if you are not happy with the way our cleaner has cleaned your home, please get in touch with our office we will replace a cleaner for you who will do the job again free of charged on the day and if you are still not happy we will do a full refund*.
*A full refund is paid after an investigation with the help of the customer , in completing a fully detailed form with a management committee member who will attend with the replacement cleaner.
A cleaner can be book anytime any day. You can book for a weekly visit where our cleaner attends your home on a certain day nominated by yourself or you can have our cleaner attend your home only when you require them to do so.
If you should require our cleaner to stay a little longer than the time booked, it not a problem you can arrange it by calling our offices to extend the time for our cleaner to spend at your home
Please call our offices where we have a designated person to assist you in identifying how long it would require our cleaner to clean the extra rooms.
