EQUIPMENTS

All equipment's should be provided by the customer e.g. hoover, mops, dust pads, polishes, scratch free sponges etc..

We can provide all these equipment's at an extra price to the hours, please inform our offices on the earliest opportunity when booking so that our staff can attend with the required products and equipment's to complete your cleaning

INSURANCE OF YOUR GOODS

Our company is insured but all our staff are self employed, if any of your goods are damaged or destroyed while our staff are attending your premises they will have to pay the relevant costs of the items damaged. On arriving, if the cleaner discovers anything broken they will have to take a picture and send it to the office within 10mins of arriving in their place of work, other wise they will not have our backing on a situation that may escalate afterwards.
